I have like a BILLION things to tell you and a billion comments/emails to catch up on (all right, maybe a slight overstatement), but there is a lot and I need sleep!  I’ll catch up and fill you in tomorrow.

I did great today and when the munchies hit late night I went for the grapes this time!

I also gave away the leftover pizza! I couldn’t bear throwing it away. I mean, it was perfectly good pizza!

    I hear ya! I had to throw out a perfectly delicious piece of apple pie last Sunday and it nearly killed me. What a waste, and it was SOO good! But I knew if I kept it around, I would be munching away before long. Good for you for getting rid of the pizza! Big victory!

    I threw out about 12 perfectly good Oreo cookies the other day after I used the other part of the package in baking I was doing…I certainly didn’t want them sitting around taunting me!

    You know the one good thing about haveing a husband that doesn’t like taking sandwiches everyday for work is that he takes all the left overs before I have time to think about eating them.

    hey-I totally understand the whole overeating thing. Last night I ate about 5 caramel oatmeal bars. Hormones def. played a role for me. More complex carbs around this time of month seems to help. Anyway, thanks for your blog, it is nice to know that I’m not alone in my weight loss journey.
