		<description>I read your &quot;Note to self&quot;  several times today.  I even have butternut squash fries in the oven, but did that stop me from eating a couple of nuts, a handful of cereal, a spoonful of taco mean, a couple of mini tootsie rolls or a couple of frozen peanut butter cups. NOPE!  PMS is for the birds!! We are in the midst of a blizzard here and husband is out of town...I guess I will be burning this off shoveling the driveway!!</description>

		<description>I had to sit at the computer before I ate the entire pan of oatmeal bars with cream cheese frosting. Oh yah, I can relate!! But now that I put down the fork, I have picked up the h2o and I will hopefully shut my pie-hole until dinner! (hummmm, I like pie) &lt;br/&gt;We are all in this together girls. We are not perfect. That&#039;s what makes us, well..us!!!!!</description>

		<description>It&#039;s funny, I rarely pay much attention to where I am in my cycle, but sure enough, every time I have a day where I just can&#039;t stop automatically shoveling junk food into my mouth, I later realize that I&#039;m in the three days or so before I start.  I can be so good any other time, but those few days just feel out of my conscious control. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I always just tell myself that my body must have needed those extra calories, since we do actually burn more at that time of the month.  (er, not as many as I&#039;ve eaten, but whatever.)</description>

We had company over and we had tortilla chips with a layered salsa dip (which I made) along with a &quot;low-fat chocolate cheesecake&quot;.  I snacked and snacked and snacked. Even when all the company left.  It just goes to show that we all slip up sometimes.  Just think to yourself, &quot;I did it, the day is over and I will be back on plan tomorrow.&quot;  You can do this and don&#039;t worry, we all do the same sometimes! :)</description>
