Thanks guys! Hey Ann Marie!!! ;~)

As for when did I notice. Ummm that's a question. By 20 pounds I think I was down a size. But everyone is different. Keep doing what you are doing, it seems to be working 20 pounds is a HUGE accomplishment!

I have been slacking on the water too. I don't feel as thirsty with the weather cooling down. That is a great idea keeping a case in your office. I may have to do that.

Roni,
I read your post all the time. I am amazed with your results. I was wondering when you started to notice a difference. I have lost 20 lbs. and I don't feel much difference. My pants are a little baggy. Nobody around me has noticed either. It is a little discouraging when I am so proud of myself. Any advice.

Roni,
I have a great water habit. I drink a 24 oz. water every work day on the way to work, then drink another 24 oz. water with my lunch, and occasionally I will drink a 3rd 24 oz. water in the afternoon. Then I drink water after my Curves workout, and again at home with dinner. But on the weekends, I guess because I don't start out with the 24 oz. bottle on the way to work, I just get all off kelter, and end up not drinking very much water at all. But you might try the water on the way to work trick--it sure helps me.
Bonnie

Hi Roni. I do the same thing with my waters. If I leave them at home, the family goes through them in about two or three days. When I take them to school, a 24 pack lasts me 10-12 days. I usually drink about two bottles per day at school.
I grab a rolling chair from the classroom and wheel the cases to the classroom :)
