DRINK MORE WATER!!
For the past week, I’ve been slacking on the water only because of convenience. I usually pick up a case of water and leave it in my office at work. Well, I ran out and I haven’t had time replace my stash. I need to make more of an effort. Today I didn’t drink anything all day!
