I have a BILLION things to do. I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. I WILL be posting a food menu tomorrow. It may be estimates but at least I will be tracking instead of mindless eating!
Oh! and keep an eye on GreenLiteBites I will be posting one more recipe before I leave (I travel to the parent’s for Thanksgiving), Moist Pumpkin Bran Muffins!

However, it seems misleading. Makes me think that you lost all 66lbs because of fat-burning pasta. That can’t be true.
I know! That’s what they do.
They just asked me if I ate pasta while losing and I said “Of Course”. They had the article idea and then made me fit it.
