    i see you weighed in. i just have to ask.. was all the tummy tuck pain worth it when you arent being good to your weight?? i see you are weighing more than you have in a long time… that is my fear.. to lose the weight.. have a tummy tuck.. and regain .. even 15#. are you taking advantage of the fact that you have a flat stomach and mocking your body?? just my opinion.. i love your blog..

    I have no idea what you are saying.

    If anything I am being the best to “my weight” I have ever been. I am the healthiest I have ever been. Really, the best shape of my life.

    I would do the Tummy Tuck again in a second. And I am in no way mocking my body. I don’t even understand that comment.

    In my opinion your comment is coming way out from left field and it’s insulting. Especially considering I’m still almost 6 pounds UNDER my goal!

    Roni-
    Don’t listen to the pp you are doing great. I don’t understand the comment either. I would comment not on your weight but your “binges” I know that when I do this it is because I am emotional about something else. Then again a lot of the time it is cyclic and is getting close to TOM. I think your self awareness is the best. It has really caused me to do more self evaluation. Denial is my worst enemy.
    P.S. Can’t wait for the pumpkin bread recipe.

You are doing an awesome job at this weight battle and passing your many lessons on to so many other people like me! I check out your site daily….and I LOVE your recipes….I have been learning a whole new way of cooking! Keep up the great work Roni….you have no idea how much you have helped me!!

    Wow, that first comment is weird! I think you are doing great, Roni! You are so not “weighing more than you have in a long time” because you have lost 70 lbs!! GEEZ! :) I have a quick question about working out and having the tummy tuck…is everything back to the way it was or does it hurt to do crunches or big stretches? Just curious because I’m scheduling mine soon. Have a great one!

    I also have the same question as Alisha since I am scheduling a breast reduction and tummy tuck for February! Yikes! Any insight would be great! I love your site- it helps me so much, gives me wonderful ideas and a fresh outlook!
    You’re fantastic! That first comment was so odd; maybe they should have proofread to see if they made sense- considering we all need it translated…

    What an odd post to leave (I am refering to the 1st post)
    Even if you were weighing more then you did in a long time, that can be your healthy weight and nothing more!! You excercise now and watch what you eat so it is not like you are gaining all your yucky weight back.
    It is how you feel about yourself and nothing else. It is not umcommon for peoples weight to go up and down a little here and there but it is uncommon for someone to be so negativwe on a site that is here to help people.
    I love your site. I have been on WW for 3 weeks now and I come to your site a lot for great receipes and inspiration.
    Thank you for the great job that YOU have done because it helps me to try and do just as well. :)

    The first comment really pisses me off! Maybe I feel a little defensive because I read your site daily and I feel like we’re friends! …i see you are weighing more than you did in a long time….hhmmm!! Does this crackhead person know that your highest weight was 210 lbls??? Man, stuff like this fires me up – like us women don’t already battle with weight/society..etc and the basis of this site is success and accomplishments!! Way to go Roni, I think you are great. When I want to give up I remind myself that you are staying strong and in this battle couting points day after day!

    WOW you guys all put a HUGE smile on my face! Let me just say the comment stung a bit but I’m not letting it get to me. The older I get the more I realize I’m the only one that has to be happy with me. and I AM! I’ve come a long way.

    You guys are the BEST! You keep ME going!!

    AS for the plastic surgery questions. It was well over a year before I did any ab work. But other exercises were possible within a few months. I stuck with walking for a very long time. If you guys want to chat about shoot me an email. (address in FAQ’s) and remember to ask your doctors!
