Getting Too Hungry

Date November 6, 2007

You would think by now I would have learned my lesson.  Allowing yourself to get too hungry and then going out to eat is just NOT a good idea.  At least it isn’t for me. I end up wanting to eat everything in sight. After a completely satisfying meal, I even wanted to order dessert. But hey, at least it was split among the 3 of us!

Morning Scale Reading: 143
Food Points
Curves Cereal with strawberries 3
Vegetarian Chili over Spaghetti Squash (I need to update recipe) 5

Outback (house salad WITH cheese and croutons, shrimp griller, with whole grain rice, grilled veggies, pineapple a few bites of the toddlers chicken fingers, 2 wings and a small ice cream split with the toddler and husband) (total estimate) 15

  1. Roni, I understand what you mean! I sometimes do the same thing, then I completely go overboard. I am making an effort to change that and will start writing everything down. It’s great to know that 75% of people go through this! We aren’t alone! It’s like the Pizza!

  2. You’ve tagged us all

I don’t know if you could see the whole think last time or not.

  5. You could have done sooooo much worse at Outback! I usually do LOL.

  6. Roni, You really could have gotten a whole lot worse at Outback.

I’d suggest next time going to eat somewhere not so delicious when very hungry lol.

Good luck and keep up the work, it will pay off.
