What to write? What to write?
My head is swimming with a million topics and when I start them, I get completely distracted. So I decided to just post the menu with some quick points.
- I’m proud of myself for rearranging my schedule today and hitting the gym BEFORE work. I never do that. It just made me feel good ALL day!
- I had my choice between McDonalds and Subway for lunch today because I ran out of frozen leftovers. I choice subway because McDonalds discontinued the Southwestern salad, WHY?!? Man! I’m going to miss that thing! I may have to come up with a recipe to mimic it.
- Since the husband wasn’t home for dinner, the toddler and I picked. Sometimes I love dinners like that. It satisfies my munch side.
- Check out my morning Scale reading! I couldn’t believe it. I did officially weigh in at Weight Watchers today and I was down 1.6lbs. I’m so close to my goal range I can taste it!
