Any idea why the discrepancy? &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Is it lower because its giving full credit for the fibre??</description>

		<description>This usually only happens to me when I don&#039;t eat enough protein or fat.  If I eat something that has little fat and protein, I am not satisfied.  Or should I say, my BODY is not satisfied.  Despite the fact that a lot of people still consider fat to be the devil, I don&#039;t go along with that.  If I am not inhaling huge portions of pizza and cheeseburgers, and I am consciously eating reasonable portions of healthy fats, like avocado, nuts, olive oil, etc, I still lose weight.  It has to do with portions and calories, at least for me.  Try adding a little fat and you might just feel better.</description>

If I&#039;m not hungry during lunch, I still eat because I only get a 30 minute lunch break and I know if I don&#039;t eat, I&#039;ll be starving later. But sometimes after I eat...I&#039;m hungrier than ever! Glad to know it&#039;s not only me.</description>
