Just because you were feeling a bit stressed and alone at the toddlers Halloween party does NOT give you permission to eat everything in sight.

Can anyone say, sugar overload?

  1. I hear ya! I just had an “issue” with some chocolate chips I had in the pantry for baking. Let’s just say I don’t think I’ll be keeping them in the house any more. :/

    I believe they were invented by the same person that created pizza.

  5. Well, although Halloween is coming, we can still get some cookies. The trick is in not exaggerating in my view. We do need to keep sugar intakes to a minimum needed but once in a while a candy bar is not that bad if we do not overdue it!

  6. Eck, and the sugar makes you feel so crappy when your not used to it.

    I made a caramel apple cake for work a couple weeks ago, and after one small piece I couldn’t stop. Boy did I feel sick that night. I don’t miss feeling overstuffed and overfed on a regular basis.

  7. Fall and winter are just murder on diets. I’ll be hitting the gym alot to rack up plenty of activy points to spend on yummy stuff! :)

  8. Okay gross! I did it too! We had a Halloween thing today…after three mini chocolate bars I wanted to barf! Then of course I ate some licorice things…many…and I agree with Anne…I don’t miss that feeling of being overstuffed and overfed…back on track tomorrow…thanks for sharing…

  11. I think the devil created the Tootsie Roll! Ugh..ate a few out of my kid’s bags tonight…I was doing so well. Ah well, tomorrow is another day.
