I took a break from weightwatchen today to work on the community.  I had to fix some small things that were nagging me and I’ve been slacking on responding to user requests, so I stepped up and added new themes and video support.  

After the updates, I got quite distracted reading all the great posts and comments.  So instead of my normal post I thought I would link to some great blogs on the community so we can spread some support!

As for me, I did great all day until dinnertime.  My appetite has been insatiable! I’ve been trying to be good but honestly, I’ve been nibbling all night, popcorn, pretzels, Weight Watchers 1 point bars (more then one so I guess that ruins the point!). I just can’t seem to fill this pie hole tonight!

Tomorrow will be better.

    I’m there with you….I can’t figure out what it is that is driving me to keep “snacking” at night. I’m usually good about it, but lately it is all-consuming. Good luck with it!!! :)

    What’s with that bottomless pit feeling anyway? I find myself doing the same thing about every 3 weeks or so. Sometimes I find it revs up my weight loss, though. I wonder if it’s our metabolism keeping us in check to make sure we don’t need to go into starvation mode because for so many years it was used to us always overindulging. How’s that theory? (c: Like a car, it’s the body’s diagnostic check. Yeah, I like it! By overeating due to the bottomless pit, we keep our metabolism from slowing down.

    I’m crazy with the snacking lately. I’m trying to figure out how to cram as much stuff into my mouth as I can and only have it equal 1 pt!

    Roni, Could you point me to some red-meatless easy to shop for easy to make recepies that are low points per serving. I have only 20 pts a day to get the last 10 lbs off but, I have found myself living off of Boca burgers & Smart ones. I have been making my hubby fzn pizza (my personal weakness) and eating something else. I want that to stop! I have a crock pot :)
