I do the same thing and my justification is that a little junk will help me feel better (comfort food) and it doesn&#039;t count when I&#039;m sick because somehow laying around getting better takes more energy and burns more calories :). &lt;br/&gt;Tomorrow is a new day and you will be back on track, I know you will.</description>
