Note to Self…

Just because you’ve been sick for 2 days and didn’t have an appetite does NOT give you permission to totally over stuff yourself with Pizza and Doritos the minute you start to feel better.

Roni, Yesterday was Blog Day and I picked your blog to write about for my five favorite links. Your weightloss story is very inspiring and I am confident you have probably lead many other people to finding their way to their weightloss goals. Keep up the GREAT work!

What is the psychology is behind the eating junk when one is sick and getting better??? I cannot understand it! It happens all the time to me too! it makes you feel better at the moment but then you feel bloated specially if you’ve been eating well lately! :S

Hope you’re feeling better! I do the same thing and my justification is that a little junk will help me feel better (comfort food) and it doesn’t count when I’m sick because somehow laying around getting better takes more energy and burns more calories :).
Tomorrow is a new day and you will be back on track, I know you will.

Aw, I am sorry you were not feeling well! Hope you get better soon ((hugs)) Sometimes the body needs some comfort food, so don’t beat yourself up about it!

Hope you are feeling better. I have done this before, too. It’s like your body wants to compensate for what it didn’t eat for the few days you didn’t have an appetite
