Note to self… (with a challenge)

Date September 21, 2007

Don’t brag about being in the zone and then go to work unprepared when it’s someone birthday.

To make it worse the husband brought home Cinnabons!!! From the devil, the d-e-v-i-l I SAY! 730 calories, 24 g of fat!

I may sell my soul and have a half. Not sure yet.

  1. Roni, Is it 4 points for the whole recipe of zucchini pancakes (it makes 4 of them, right)? I am dying to try these! I may have them for dinner with some low fat sour cream. Yum!

  2. Michele - Yup, it’s really only 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 2 egg whites and a zucchini. Not many calories at all!

  3. OMG I could just about gobble the picture that looks so good. Darn that hubby of yours!

  4. Cinnabon’s ARE evil aren’t they?!?!? The smell alone will add a few pounds to the scale i’m pretty sure! But if we all eat them together, the calories cancel out, right?! ;) I just started back on WW (on my own) last week, so hoping to stick to it and lose the extra baby pounds… thanks for being an inspiration! xo L

  5. Hi Roni! I joined WW with a friend last week and so far, I’m doing great however, I seemed to have used up all of my points too soon today. Now I’m really hungry and have been trying to fill myself up with tea and diet soda all night! Do you have any advice or suggestions on how to space points out better during the day and/or what to snack on at times like this?!

    Thank you!

    -Cristina

  6. Roni, For months I’ve been playing around with templates to duplicate your food log, ’cause I love it so, and I’m just not getting it right.

Would you consider sharing it if I asked nicely and with a “pretty please”???

    Thanks a bunch!

You’re doing great, by the way. Love watching how a self-described exercise hater transformed into a gym rat! I’m sooo jealous that your Y has a climbing wall. GREEN w/ jealousy. We’re lucky to have Nautilus Machines and a 3-lane pool in the basement!

    Take care, Joy

  7. Cristina - Look at some of my daily menus. I’m a big believer of snacking on 1-4 point “snacks” all day instead of traditional meals.

    Joyce - Does this help?
