Is that it?
September 5, 2007
I rarely have days where I sit back, look at my points and ask that question. I guess hopping from class to class for 12 hours would do that to you. I pack a boat load of snacks and ate something every chance I had. Actually, I didn’t even finish all of them leaving some pudding and pepper strips in the fridge at work.
I’m not complaining, I need to cut back a bit, especially after my over indulgent weekend.
Real quick, I updated the food photo page and FINALLY reposted the Carrot Cake Bread recipe.

I’ve been meaning to ask you…
You seem to make up great meals & recipes “on the fly” with whatever you have in the kitchen. So do you have a set grocery list you use every week or do you just buy different random groceries each grocery trip and just assume that you’ll find a way to use the food?

Roni,
I’ve been visiting your site for 8 mnths now – daily. This week I’ve been in such a rut, and reading through your ups and downs has helped SO much. Thank you for working so hard on this site – it’s helping SO many people out there, I’m sure of it! By the way – I just love your recipe photo page. I told my fiance that on nights that it’s his turn to cook he can hop on to your site and choose one of your healthy meals! He’s on board and loves the idea.
