We are ALL human with just so much willpower that varies day to day and being flexible with our eating is the absolute most healthy way to be! No woman should ever turn down the Berger cookie if she really wants it. Indulging sometimes is the healthiest thing... and I love hearing you write about it. You rock! It’s true that moments like those last forever. But I know what you mean by wanting more and more. I’m currently trying to climb up from a recent decline in eating habits. I don’t think it’s a mental defect, I think it’s some chemical thing. I’ve heard that chocolate can be addicting. Not only because of the sugar but I think there are trace amounts of caffeine in them also, which actually considered an addicting substance. Luckily, it is the weakest of them all, so I have no doubt that you’ll get out of this one. It’s wonderful that you had that moment with your kid! It’s true that moments like those last forever. I wasn't hungry and didn't really have the points but it was a priceless moment.
