Roni,

Always great to read your posts. I miss seeing the pints on your daily food journal. Yes, I am a selfish wench! It gave me good ideas for things to eat and the point values. I gues I will always have the archives..:-) Anyhow, thanks again for keeping this site current and interesting. It makes WW do-able for me.

how how how can we end up with leftover energy enough to make it to the gym with days like these? I am about to start a job with 60+ hours a week and am quite nervous that I'll always be too tired to get exercise in... let alone cooking and eating well. Any energy-maximizing tips? How do you motivate yourself to work out when all you want to do is lie in bed and be comatose?

Wow, the pizza looks sinful. I completely feel for you right now, I start school on Tuesday and will be running from 6 am - 9 pm two days a week. Atlest I will be home by 5 the other nights. You will get your workouts to fit in somehow!

Jessica Sienfeld (Jerry's wife) has a new cookbook out. DECEPTIVELY DELICIOUS. The article in Redbook mentioned broccoli puree in the breadcrumbs of homemade chicken nuggets, and veggie puree in the sauce of mac and cheese. I just requested it from the library.
