long days that is.  I get to campus at 9 AM and my last class doesn’t end until 9 PM.  I have the same day on Wednesday.  I’m hoping I can muster up enough energy to go to the gym tomorrow night.

I have so much I want to tell you but I can hardly stay away. Keep an eye out this week for a book review and a new produce pick.  I also wanted to tell you about my disastrous weekend and awesome workout progress but it will have to wait.  Here’s my quick food journal for today.  I came home and made that Quick Tortilla Pizza man was it AWESOME!Quick Tortilla Pizza

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Jessica Sienfeld (Jerry’s wife) has a new cookbook out. DECEPTIVELY DELICIOUS. The article in Redbook mentioned broccoli puree in the breadcrumbs of homemade chicken nuggets, and veggie puree in the sauce of mac and cheese. I just requested it from the library.

Wow, the pizza looks sinful. I completely feel for you right now, I start school on Tuesday and will be running from 6 am – 9 pm two days a week. Atlest I will be home by 5 the other nights. You will get your workouts to fit in somehow!

how how how can we end up with leftover energy enough to make it to the gym with days like these? I am about to start a job with 60+ hours a week and am quite nervous that I’ll always be too tired to get exercise in… let alone cooking and eating well. Any energy-maximizing tips? How do you motivate yourself to work out when all you want to do is lie in bed and be comatose?

    Roni,

Always great to read your posts. I miss seeing the pints on your daily food journal. Yes, I am a selfish wench! It gave me good ideas for things to eat and the point values. I gues I will always have the archives..:-) Anyhow, thanks again for keeping this site current and interesting. It makes WW do-able for me.
