Ak-Mak 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Sesame Crackers
August 1, 2007
These were an absolute surprise find. To be honest, I can’t remember where I found them. I know they weren’t in the “regular” cracker section I think it was more the ethnic food area or even the rice and grains area. Anyways, they caught my eye and when I glanced at the Nutritional Information I was happy to see 5 large (just a bit smaller then wasa) crackers were only 115 calories, 2g of fat and 4 g of fiber.
The have a great crunch and a fabulous sesame flavor. I found them on Amazon if you want to check them out.

Oh my gosh! I love these - I buy them at Trader Joe’s. My husband and I get like 10 boxes each time we go. They are perfect with laughing cow lite wedges - 5 ginormous crackers and 1 chz is only 3 points!

I love these! I too get them at Trader Joe’s and have found that they are at least a dollar cheaper if not more, at TJ’s than at the regular grocery store so I only buy them at TJ’s. I also love them with a Laughing Cow wedge. So yummy. They are also tasty with turkey pepperoni.
