		<description>Reading your &#039;Day 1 Back on Track&#039; gave me some much needed motivation!  Thank you for your advice about the points..I&#039;m going to give it a shot.  One thing I really like about ww is how each week is like a new fresh start, so that helps with not getting too discouraged.</description>

		<description>Looks like a great day! &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I have a question for you, I was told that you get more points once you get to maintenance but I notice that you only eat 20 a day. Is that your choice because that is what works best for you or is that your maintenance allotted points?</description>
