It’s late, I’m tired and ready for bed. I just wanted to post the results of my day 1 back on track.

  1. Looks like a great day!

I have a question for you, I was told that you get more points once you get to maintenance but I notice that you only eat 20 a day. Is that your choice because that is what works best for you or is that your maintenance allotted points?

  2. I’m back in “loss mode” to lose this vacation gain. My maintenance range is 25-35 when I’m not trying to lose.

  3. Sounds like you had a great 1rst day back on track and some yummy foods! I wish I was that creative in the kitchen! And I gotta get me some of those corn muffin tops- they look delish! ;)

  4. Reading your ‘Day 1 Back on Track’ gave me some much needed motivation! Thank you for your advice about the points..I’m going to give it a shot. One thing I really like about ww is how each week is like a new fresh start, so that helps with not getting too discouraged.

  5. @Chloe - I do too! Every week feels like a clean slate.
