It’s late, I’m tired and ready for bed. I just wanted to post the results of my day 1 back on track.

The day started with a fabulous hike with family. I love starting my day like this, out, about and active. I felt great afterwards and still do.

    Looks like a great day!

I have a question for you, I was told that you get more points once you get to maintenance but I notice that you only eat 20 a day. Is that your choice because that is what works best for you or is that your maintenance allotted points?

  2. Roni says:

I’m back in “loss mode” to lose this vacation gain. My maintenance range is 25-35 when I’m not trying to lose.

Sounds like you had a great 1rst day back on track and some yummy foods! I wish I was that creative in the kitchen! And I gotta get me some of those corn muffin tops- they look delish! ;)

Reading your ‘Day 1 Back on Track’ gave me some much needed motivation! Thank you for your advice about the points..I’m going to give it a shot. One thing I really like about ww is how each week is like a new fresh start, so that helps with not getting too discouraged.

  5. Roni says:

@Chloe – I do too! Every week feels like a clean slate.
