		<description>You have done so great, and the journals are such an inspiration! Thank you. Here is a recipe for taco soup I make all the time, very low in points and everyone loves it.&lt;br/&gt;TACO SOUP&lt;br/&gt;1 LB lean hamburger or ground turkey&lt;br/&gt;1 Lg. can diced or crushed tomatoes&lt;br/&gt;1 Lg can hot and spicy chili beans&lt;br/&gt;2 cans corn drained&lt;br/&gt;1 pkg taco seasoning mix&lt;br/&gt;1 pkg hidden valley ranch dressing mix(powder stuff)&lt;br/&gt;Cook hamburger, drain and rinse.&lt;br/&gt;Put everything in the pot and simmer for about 1/2 an hour, and serve. Sometimes I will put a pinch of Low fat shredded cheese in a bowl. VERY FILLING. Without the beans the WW meeting said it was 2 points per cup.</description>

		<description>I had a question, when you are creating your recipes, how are you figuring out the nutritional information?  I do a bit of cooking myself from family recipes, and I&#039;d like to convert them to a healthier version, but I&#039;m not sure how to even start!</description>

		<description>That was my downfall before weight watchers, I constantly took the ice cream container to the couch with me...not a good idea. I swear I should&#039;ve bought stock in Breyers!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I still eat alot now, but in controlled, 1/2 cup servings :)</description>
