The water weight is dripping away. Just one good day of eating some healthy home cooked meals and the scale dropped 3 pounds. Just 5 more to go to get to my comfort zone.

I’m going to keep it short tonight. Just wanted to let you know and post my menu for the day.

Tortilla Pizza topped with a TON of veggies 4
cantaloupe and other nibbles while cutting up the produce from today’s shopping trip 1

soy crisps and salsa (I actually measured out a serving and half) 3
the rest of the soy crisps and salsa (ok so I went back for more – what can I say – they are addictive and I was hungry!) 3

    I knew it would. This has happened to me and fatbloke as well. Most, if not all, of the extra form vacation goes away, and i truly beleive it’s a hydration issue.

    I made the turkey orzo rolls and added fresh mushrooms to the filling- soooo yummy!
