3 gone… 5 to go

The water weight is dripping away. Just one good day of eating some healthy home cooked meals and the scale dropped 3 pounds. Just 5 more to go to get to my comfort zone.
I’m going to keep it short tonight. Just wanted to let you know and post my menu for the day.

I knew it would. This has happened to me and fatbloke as well. Most, if not all, of the extra form vacation goes away, and i truly beleive it’s a hydration issue.
