The water weight is dripping away. Just one good day of eating some healthy home cooked meals and the scale dropped 3 pounds. Just 5 more to go to get to my comfort zone.

I’m going to keep it short tonight. Just wanted to let you know and post my menu for the day.

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

I knew it would. This has happened to me and fatbloke as well. Most, if not all, of the extra form vacation goes away, and i truly beleive it’s a hydration issue.

Isn’t it nice to know that our bodies will jump back on track! Glad that you had a good time at the beach – we missed you!

Sounds like you had a great time ‘downashore’ – ‘Philly-speak’ for those of you not from the area. And yes… it’s great to get away and enjoy some family time, but there’s really no place like home (thank you, Dorothy!).

    Welcome back!
