Does anyone know of a good option for a light bun? The whole wheat ones are great, but the ones at my store are worth 2 points. I end up using a slice of low fat whole wheat bread for 1 point.

Anonymous - I eat the Bush's vegetarian. However I think it's still 2 points. Next time try and weigh the serving in grams. I noticed it was a bit more then I thought. Also calculate the points on the total NI for 2 servings, I think you can shave a point that way.

I'm a little lax on bean points because they are so good for you!

I'm wondering what kind of beans you eat with your dogs... I am crazy about them and I can seriously polish off a can of Campbell's or Bush's by myself...cold! The problem I have is that it's two points for only a 1/2 cup. Is there a brand out there that is less points but tastes just as good?
