My points seem a bit high but I feel really good about today. I tracked when I ate in addition to what. I don’t think I’m going to keep that up, it’s a bit labor intensive, but I wanted to give it a try.

I ate today like I did for the majority of my weight loss, small smacks all day with a nice healthy dinner. I really like splitting my points this way.

Thanks so much for all the comments I appreciate the feedback, encouragement and ideas!

I’m cutting it short, I’ve done a lot of posting today and I’m off to do my workout.
