		<description>I make a mean &#039;egg beater&#039;s&#039; omelet with a spray of pam for then pan and cherry tomatoes, onions, green peppers and mushrooms.  Very filling and two points for the egg beaters.</description>

		<description>My favorite breakfast is 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese with 1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges and 1/2 cup fiber one cereal all mixed together-yummy!! I also love fat free vanilla yogurt mixed with a berry vitatop torn into pieces-heavenly!!&lt;br/&gt;Thanks for your fabulous site!&lt;br/&gt;Cyndee in Arizona</description>

		<description>I like to bulk up my breakfast with coffee...well, I don&#039;t actually put the coffee in the breakfast...I take a bite of my muffin and wash it down with black coffee.  The sugar from my muffin sweetens my coffee, and the coffee mixed with the muffin kind of swells up to make me feel fuller (for longer).  It also reminds me of going to Dunkin&#039; Doughnuts or Krispy Kreme  and soaking my doughnut in my coffee.  I guess it&#039;s a less messy nostalgia trip from my fat 20&#039;s days, really.&lt;br/&gt;Tina in Alabama</description>
