We are snowed in and it’s been awesome! I’ll post more later but I wanted to share some panoramic photos I experimented with. These were taken during and after the shoveling process which is FAR from over and the snow IS STILL FALLING!!

Food Find: Quaker True Delights Multigrain Fiber Crisps

I found the Quaker True Delights Multigrain Fiber Crisps (can that name be any longer) during the same grocery trip where I found the popchips. I’m so tired today! Maybe my not so stellar diet this weekend is catching up with me? I’m not sure, but this evening after dinner while the husband was playing with the little guy I totally crashed on the couch. I’m still exhausted so I’m going to head to bed after I post this quick update. :)

I actually mustered up enough motivation to run after work. I realized that I have my next 5K this weekend and I need to start training for the half I signed up for in May by Feb 9th to get 12 weeks in. All I can say is….. Click here to read the rest »

How do you get past the "I’m not seeing results and feel like a complete cow" thing?  I’ve been working my ass off (literally!) and I feel like when I look in the mirror, my stomach hangs lower, sticks out further and I’m going NOWHERE.  Its driving me CRAZY and I don’t really know what else I should be doing.  I run 2-3 miles, 4 times a week, watch what I eat etc, etc, etc.  I just want to lose this freaking weight that WILL NOT come off!
